Founded in 1998 by the Mayost family, Hamaafe Hatzarfati is a leading manufacturer of frozen bakery goods, catering primarily to the bakehouse segment. Known for its high quality and innovation, the company serves over 600 bakehouses across Israel.

In 2023, the company moved to a new, modern production and warehouse facility in Rishon Lezion. Green Lantern invested in Hamaafe Hatzarfati in 2021 and holds a 75% stake in the company.
