Founded in 2003 by Amir Porat, Biscotti is a leading manufacturer and distributor of frozen pastries and desserts to Israel’s foodservice
(HoReCa) sector, supplying handcrafted cakes, tarts, pastries and other predominantly frozen products to restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers nationwide.

The company operates multiple production sites in Bnei Brak and a modern frozen distribution centre in Ariel, with an additional state of the art production facility in Ariel. Alongside its core B2B business, Biscotti
runs a catering and events arm serving private and corporate clients, and operates a flagship branded Biscotti café.

Green Lantern invested in Biscotti in 2026 and holds a 50% stake in the company.
